01. Service Provision
Our platform provides specialized supply chain optimization tools. These terms ensure that our logistics data remains secure, accurate, and lawfully utilized across global networks.
All optimization algorithms are proprietary property of Dragon Metric Labs, Hanoi HQ.
Acceptable Use & Optimization Integrity
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use our supply chain tools for internal business intelligence. Any attempt to reverse-engineer our logistics data modeling or to scrape proprietary optimization outputs is strictly prohibited. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for activities that degrade the latency or performance of our cloud-based analytics endpoints.
Our Hanoi-based data center maintains 99.9% uptime for critical logistics operations.
Accountability
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials. Dragon Metric Labs is not liable for data leaks resulting from user-side security failures.
Data Inputs
By uploading supply chain datasets, you warrant that you have the legal right to process such information and that the data is free from malicious code.
Intellectual Assets and the Analytics Monopoly.
The "Dragon Metric" methodology, including all code, visuals, and stylized supply chain interfaces, is protected under Vietnamese and international copyright laws. Logistics data visualizations generated by our system remain your property; however, the metabolic logic—the way we interpret and calculate optimization—stays with us.

Notice: The visualization above represents our proprietary interface style. Use of these UI elements outside of Dragon Metric Labs constitutes a breach of these Terms of Service.
Legal Finality
No Guarantees of Outcome
While our supply chain analytics are calibrated for maximum precision, Dragon Metric Labs provides all services "as is." We do not promise specific financial gains or operational outcomes. Users proceed based on their own professional judgment using our logistics data as supplementary informational guidance.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Vietnamese law, Dragon Metric Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service interruptions or optimization inaccuracies. Total aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for the service in the preceding 12-month period.
Governing Law & Hanoi Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any disputes arising from your use of the platform shall be settled exclusively in the courts of Hanoi.
